脊髓损伤患者的康复护理体会

目的:探讨脊髓损伤(SCI)患者的康复护理,预防并发症及功能康复锻炼,以提高患者生活质量,为回归社会和家庭而努力。方法:对35例SCI患者实施康复护理,并对其康复期的临床资料进行回顾性分析并总结。结果:经过综合性康复治疗和护理,90%以上的患者均有不同程度的功能改善,减少了并发症,提高了生活质量。结论:有针对性地为SCI患者实施正确的康复护理措施,能有效避免并发症发生,促进残存功能的恢复和重建,协助患者适应残疾生活,提高生活质量。

Experience of rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury

Objective：To investigate rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury （SCI）, prevent complications and implement functional rehabilitation exercises to improve quality of life of the patients, in order to make them return to society, fam-ily and work. Methods：35 cases with SCI were treated with the rehabilitation nursing, and their clinical data were retrospectively ana-lyzed in convalescence. Results：After the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and nursing, 90% of the patients had varying degrees of functional improvement, and the complications were reduced and the quality of life was improved. Conclusions： The targeted reha-bilitation nursing for the patients with SCI can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications, promote functional recovery and re-construction, and help the patients adapt to living with disabilities and improving their quality of life.
