精神病合并高血压患者的护理和健康引导

目的:探讨精神病高血压患者的护理与健康引导的方法。方法:对21例精神病高血压患者对治疗及护理措施、健康指导的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按恢复程度将患者的疾病分为三期。即,以协助患者治疗和生活照顾为初期;以用药指导和训练生活自理为稳定期;康复训练和健康引导为恢复期。结果:经过三期的护理,患者精神状态的恢复、病情的稳定、高血压的控制的时间缩短;康复后的效果明显、生活质量明显提高。结论:对精神病高血压患者有效的护理及细致的健康引导十分重要。

Nursing and health guide for patients with mental diseases combined with hypertension

Objective：To investigate the methods for nursing and health guide for patients with mental diseases combined with hypertension. Methods：The clinical data of treatments, nursing measures and health guide for 21 patients with mental diseases com-bined with hypertension were retrospectively analyzed. According to the recovery degree, the patients＆#39; diseases were divided into three phases：initial phase （ assisted the patients with the treatment and took care of their life） , stable phase （ gave them medication guid-ance and training to take care of themselves） , and recovery phase （ gave them rehabilitation training and health guide） . Results：After the three-phase nursing, the recovery of the patients＆#39; mental states and the conditions were stable, the control time of hypertension was shortened, the recovery effects were obvious, and the quality of life was significantly improved. Conclusions：It is important to give the effective nursing and careful health guide to the patients with mental diseases combined with hypertension.
