度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究

目的:探讨比较度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将69例老年抑郁症患者随机分为两组,度洛西汀治疗组患者34例,口服度洛西汀治疗,帕罗西汀治疗组患者35例,口服帕罗西汀治疗,观察8周。于患者治疗前及治疗第1周、第2周、4周、8周末应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价疗效,应用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应,将两组患者的治疗结果加以分析、比较。结果:度洛西汀治疗组患者在治疗第1、2周末HAMD评分较帕罗西汀治疗组下降更为显著(P均<0.05),治疗8周末,度洛西汀治疗组患者总有效率79.4%,帕罗西汀治疗组患者为77.1%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两种药物的不良反应都较轻,两组患者的TESS评分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症疗效都相当显著且安全性高,依从性好,但度洛西汀起效更快。

Control study of Duloxetine vs Paroxetinein treatment of senile depression

Objective：To exploreefficacy and safety of Duloxetine and Paroxetine intreatment of senile depression. Methods：A total of 69 senile patients with depression were randomly divided into Duloxetine group（34 cases） and Paroxetine group（35cases） and treated for 8 weeks. All patients were assessed with Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） to evaluate the efficacy at the baseline and 1st,2nd,4th,8th weekend of the treatment. All patients were assessed with treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） to evaluate the side effects. The results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： The HAMD scores of Duloxetine group were significantly lower than those of Paroxetinegroup at the 1st and 2nd weekend of the treatment（all P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups at the end of the 8th week（79. 4% vs 77. 1%,P〉0. 05）. The side effects were mild,the two groups showed no significant differences in TESS scores（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Duloxetine and Paroxetine have an evident and equivalent effect in the treatment of senile depression,highsafety,and good compliance,but Duloxetine takes effect more rapidly.
