重症肺结核患者家属心理反应及护理干预

目的探讨重症肺结核患者家属的心理反应特点及相应的护理干预措施。方法调查120例重症肺结核患者家属心理需求及心理反应，针对不同需求及反应进行相应的护理干预，比较干预前后家属心理反应的变化。结果干预前，家属不良心理反应：焦虑、担心（92．5％，111／120）；恐惧、悲观（70．83％，85／120）；无助、低落（49．17％，59／120）；不信任、抵触（29．17％，35／120）。相应的护理干预后，不良心理反应得到明显好转，能很好地配合和医护人员，9例效果不明显，有效率92．5％。结论针对重症肺结核患者家属的不良心理反应，给予相应的护理干预，能很好地消除家属不良心理反应，积极配合医疗诊治，减少医患矛盾，有助医患和谐。

The psychic reaction of the families of the patients with severe pulmonary tuberculosis and corresponding nursing intervention

Objective To discuss the psychic reaction of the families of the patients with severe pulmonary tuberculosis and corresponding nursing intervention. Methods The psychic reaction of 120 cases of the families of the patients with severe tuberculosis were investigated. Corresponding nursing intervention was performed according to their psychic reaction. Psychic assessment was compared after the nursing intervention. Results The bad psychic reaction included anxiety in 111 （92.5%）, fear in 85 （70.83%）, helplessness in 59 （49.17%）, distrust in 35 （29.17%）.After corresponding nursing intervention, the bad psychic reaction relieved markedly. 9 cases had unconspicuous effects. Efficiency was 92.5%. Conclusion According to psychic reaction of the families of the patients with severe pulmonary tuberculosis, corresponding nursing intervention could make the bad psychic reaction relieved markedly, and may improve the cooperation and relationship between patients and hospital.
