全程心理干预对心脏介入手术患者康复效果的评价

目的:探讨全程心理干预对心脏介入手术患者康复效果,为今后的临床工作提供借鉴。方法:接受心脏介入手术的50例患者为对照组,采用常规的心理护理方法;随机选择接受心脏介入手术的50例患者为治疗组,在常规护理基础上,全程加上心理护理干预,通过回顾性分析,对比两组患者的术中情况和术后康复情况。结果:治疗组患者的术中情况及术后并发症的发生率与对照组患者差异大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心脏介入手术患者实施全程心理干预,可改善患者情绪,可减少术中及术后反应,利于患者康复,临床效果较好,可以在临床中推广使用。

Evaluation of effects of whole course psychological intervention on recovery for patients with cardiac intervention

Objective：To evaluate clinical effects of whole course psychological intervention on recovery of patients with cardiac intervention. Methods：50 patients receiving the cardiac intervention in the hospital were selected as control group and given the con-ventional nursing care, whereas another 50 patients receiving the cardiac intervention in the hospital were randomly selected as treat-ment group and given the whole course psychological intervention based on the conventional nursing care. The intraoperative conditions and postoperative recovery of the patients in the two groups were retrospective analyzed. Results： The differences of the intraoperative conditions and postoperative recovery of the two groups were significant and had the statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：For the patients with cardiac intervention, the whole course psychological intervention is more effective and could bring more improve-ment in the recovery of the patients. Therefore, in order to bring the patients more clinical benefits, the whole course psychological in-tervention could be popularized in the clinical fields.
