武警某部医院护士应对方式、社会支持及其相关性的研究

目的：调查武警某部医院护士应对方式、社会支持及其二者相关性.方法：应用SCSQ和SSRS对武警某部医院94名护士进行测查.结果：（1）护士积极应对方式极显著高于全国常模（P＜0.01）;消极应对方式极显著低于全国常模（P＜0.01）.军护与本院合同制护士、军护与地方某医院正式护士积极应对方式和消极应对方式分别比较均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.本院合同制护士积极应对方式显著高于地方某医院合同制护士（P＜0.05）,消极应对方式极显著低于地方某医院合同制护士（P＜0.01）.（2）军护的客观支持和主观支持均显著高于合同制护士（P＜0.05）,对支持的利用度和支持总分均极显著高于合同制护士（P＜0.01）.军护客观支持和支持总分均极显著高于女军人常模（P＜0.01）,对支持的利用度显著高于女军人常模（P＜0.05）.合同制护士主观支持、客观支持和支持总分均极显著高于女护生（P＜0.01）.（3）积极应对方式与主观支持呈显著正相关（r=0.234,P＜0.05）,积极应对方式与对支持的利用度和支持总分均呈极显著正相关（r=0.300,P＜0.01;r=0.267,P＜0.01）.消极应对方式与SSRS无显著相关性（P＞0.05）.结论：该武警机动部队医院护士应对方式和社会支持较好.积极应对方式与社会支持密切相关.

Study on coping styles,social support and their correlations for nurses in an armed police hospital

ObjectiveTo investigate coping styles, social support and their correlations for nurses in an armed police hospital.Methods：Totally 94 nurses in an armed police hospital were investigated by simplified coping style questionnaire （SCSQ）, social sup-port rating scale （SSRS）. Results： （1） The score of the positive coping style of the nurses in this hospital was higher than that in thenational norm significantly （P〈0. 01）, while the score of the negative coping style of the nurses in this hospital was lower than that inthe national norm significantly （P〈0. 01）. There were no significant differences in the positive coping and negative coping styles be-tween the army nurses and the contract nurses in this hospital, and between the army nurses and the formal nurses in a local hospital（P〉0. 05）. The score of the positive coping style of the contract nurses in this hospital was higher than that in the other local hospitalssignificantly （P〈0. 05）, and the score of the negative coping style was lower than that in the other local hospitals significantly （P〈0.01）. （2） The objective support and subjective support of the army nurses were obviously higher than those of the contract nurses （P〈0. 05）. The availability of support and total score of support of the army nurses were higher than those of the contract nurses significant-ly （P〈0. 01）. The objective support and total score of support of the army nurses were higher than those of the female soldiers normsignificantly （P〈0. 01）. The availability of support of the army nurses was higher than that of the female soldiers norm significantly （P〈0. 05）. The subjective support, objective support and total score of support of the contract nurses were higher than those of femalenursing students （P〈0. 01）. （3） There was a positive correlation between the positive coping style and the subjective support signifi-cantly （r=0. 234, P〈0. 05）, and there were significant positive correlations between the positive coping style and the availability ofsupport, the total score of support （r=0. 300, P〈0. 01; r=0. 267, P〈 0. 01）. There was no correlation between the negative copingstyle and SSRS （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： The coping style and social support of the nurses are better in this armed police hospital.There is a close relationship between the positive coping style and the social support.
