护理干预对改善精神分裂症患者病耻感的效果观察

目的:探讨护理干预改善精神分裂症患者病耻感的效果,从而提高患者的治疗依从性和改变其求医方式和行为。方法:将符合条件的精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各30例;对照组患者采用精神科护理常规进行护理,干预组患者则采用系统化的护理干预措施连续进行护理4个月。结果:连续护理干预患者4个月后,干预组患者的病耻感明显减轻,生活动力提高,个体的自信心增强;住院生活质量得到提升;与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:对精神分裂症患者进行完善的健康宣教,心理辅导等系统性护理干预,从疾病、心理、社会等各个方面进行多元化预见性护理,可明显减轻患者的病耻感,提高患者的生活质量。

Observation of effects of nursing intervention on stigma of patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To explore effects of nursing intervention on stigma for patients with schizophrenia so as to improve the treatment compliance and change their medical mode and behavior. Methods：60 cases with schizophrenia meeting the conditions were randomly divided into intervention group（30 cases）and control group（30 cases）,the control group was given the routine nursing, whereas the intervention group was continuously given the systematic nursing intervention for 4 months. Results：After the nursing intervention,the stigma of the patients in intervention group was significantly reduced,life force increased,and the individual confidence and hospitalization life quality had been improved,compared with those of control group,and the differences had the statistical significance. Conclusions：The systematic nursing interventions for the patients with schizophrenia,like perfect health education and psychological counseling,can give them predictable nursing from various diseases,psychological,social and other aspects,can significantly reduce the stigma,and improve the quality of life.
