武汉市复退精神病患者康复现状调查

目的:通过对武汉市及周边远城区范围内共计213名患有精神病的复员退伍军人的现状调查,评估疗效同时关注其个人和社会功能,进一步在复退精神病患者中实现治疗及后期康复的全面评估,促进其回归社会。方法:采用自制调查表对武汉市优抚医院登记在册复退精神病患者逐一调查,应用《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(第三版)》CCMD-Ⅲ进行诊断,使用PSP量表进行评估其个人及社会功能。结果:绝大多数为精神分裂症患者,治疗用药多以传统药物为主,治疗有效但个人及社会功能受损明显。结论:加强优抚精神病专科医院建设,强化社会支持系统,健全后期康复体系,以提高精神患者的治疗效果,达到回归社会的目的。

Investigation of rehabilitation status for retired veterans with schizophrenia in Wuhan city

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and concern the personal and social functions for the retired veterans with schiz-ophrenia and further to comprehensively evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation status, through investigating 213 retired veterans with schizophrenia in Wuhan city and its surrounding far areas, so as to promote them return to society. Methods：The registered retired vet-erans with schizophrenia in Wuhan youfu hospital were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire one by one and diagnosed ac-cording to Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders （third edition） “CCMD-Ⅲ”. Their personal and social functions were evaluated with PSP scale. Results： The majority of the patients with schizophrenia were treated mostly with traditional medicine, and the treatment was effective; however, their personal and social functions were impaired. Conclusions： The construction of materials psychiatric hospital and the social support system are strengthened, and the late rehabilitation system is improved, in order to improve the effect of the treatment for the schizophrenic patients and achieve the goal of making them return to society.
