心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复的作用

目的:临床对照分析心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复的效果。方法:随机选取54例恢复期精神分裂症患者参与临床研究,根据不同护理干预方法将患者分为干预组与常规组,采用ADL、SDSS、BPRS量表对护理干预效果进行综合评估。结果:通过3个月的临床护理干预,干预组患者的ADL、SDSS、BPRS量表评估结果均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对恢复期精神分裂症患者给予针对性的心理护理干预,可有效改善患者的心理状况,有利于促进患者早期康复及提高患者的生活质量。

Effects of psychological nursing intervention on rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To compare effects of psychological nursing intervention on rehabilitation for schizophrenic patients. Methods：54 cases with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital in recovery period were randomly selected and divided the patients into intervention group and normal group according to different nursing intervention methods. ADL, DSS and BPRS scales were used to comprehensively evaluate the effects of the nursing intervention. Results： Through three months＆#39; clinical nursing intervention, the re-sults of ADL, SDSS and BPRS scales of intervention group were significantly superior to those of normal group （P〈0. 05）. Conclu-sions： By giving the corresponding psychological nursing intervention to the patients with schizophrenia in the recovery period, the psy-chological conditions of the patients can be effectively improved, their early rehabilitation is promoted, and their quality of life is also improved.
