口服山莨菪碱治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的探讨观察口服山莨菪碱辅助婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法222例患者随机分成两组，对照组（114例）采用补液、抗病毒、口服思密达、双歧杆菌、合理饮食、对症治疗；治疗组（108例）在上述治疗基础上加口服山莨菪碱片0．1—0．2mg／（kg·次），2次/d），两组疗程均为5～7d。结果治疗组108例中显效24例（22．2％），有效69例（63．9％），无效15例（13．9％），总有效率93％；对照组114例中，显效27例（23．7％），有效45例（39．5％），无效42例（36．8％），总有效率63．2％，治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论口服山莨菪碱片治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎有明显疗效。

Observation on the Efficacy of Oral Anisodamine in the Treatment of Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of taking anisodamine orally in the treatment of infantile duovirus enteritis.Methods 222 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, ll4 cases in the control group were given the treatment such as fluid infusion,antiviral treatment, taking smecta and bifidobacterium orally, reasonable diet and symptomatic treatment. And the other 108 cases in the treatment group were given anisodamine {（0.1mg-0.2mg）/kg~time, bid} orally on the basis of the treatment given to the control group.The treatment course of two groups was 5-7 days.Results Of the 108 cases in the treatment group, excellence in 24 cases （22.2%）,validity in 69 cases （63.9%）, invalid in 15 cases （13.9%）,the total effective rate is 93%. Of the 114 cases in the control group, excellence in 27 cases （23.7%）,validity in 45 cases （39.5%）, invalid in 42 cases （36.8%）, the total effective rate is 63.2%. There is statistically significant discrepancy between the control group and the treatment group （P〈0.005）. Conclusion Taking anisodamine orally has significant curative effect in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.
