认知疗法在精神分裂症患者治疗中的临床疗效及对社会功能的影响

目的:分析认知疗法治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者社会功能的影响。方法:选取88例精神分裂患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者44例,给予常规药物治疗;研究组患者44例,在药物治疗基础上给予认知疗法治疗。两组疗程均为8周。选取阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、认知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)和社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)评估临床疗效。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的PANSS评分和SDSS评分均下降,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的ITAQ评分明显增高,研究组高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药物治疗联合认知疗法治疗精神分裂症患者取得了较好的临床疗效,同时可改善患者社会功能。

Clinical curative effect of cognitive therapy in treatment of patients with schizophrenia and its influences on social functions

Objective：To analyze clinical effect of cognitive therapy in treatment of patients with schizophrenia and its influ-ences on social functions. Methods：88 cases with schizophrenia patients in our hospital from 2009 June to 2011 December were ran-domly divided into control group （n=44, were given routine drug treatment） and study group （n=44, were given cognitive therapybased on the drug treatment）. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical effects were evaluated by using positive and nega-tive symptom scale （PANSS）, cognitive ability and treatment attitude questionnaire （ITAQ） and social disability scale （SDSS）. Re-sults： After the treatment, the PANSS score and SDSS score of two groups decreased, and the scores of study group were significantlylower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The ITAQ scores of two groups de-creased, and the score of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The drug combined with cognitive therapy in the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia has a good clin-ical efficacy, and can improve social functions.
