国企退休老年人心理需求状况及相关因素分析

目的:调查国企退休老年人的心理需求、总体心情和心理感受状况,并结合其它方面,并找出最密切的因素,从而为改善老年人的心情和提高生活质量提出对策。方法:采用自编《居民生活状况调查问卷》,内容广泛,包括家庭情况、日常生活需求、照料状况、经济状况、健康和医疗、心理需求、总体感受、生活满意度和合法权益等。分层、整群、随机抽样方法取1000个有效样本。结果:找出国企退休老年人心理需求的相关因素。结论:通过调整相关因素,可以改善老年人的心情和提高生活质量。

Psychological need conditions of retirees in a state-owned enterprise and analysis of related factors

Objective：To investigate the retired old people＆#39;s psychological need, total mood and mental state, who had worked in state-owned enterprises, and to combine with other aspects like total satisfaction of living, the satisfactions of the clothes, food, shelter, travel, daily care, work condition, economic condition, self-rated health, medical condition and amusement activity so as to discuss related factors of the psychological need and find out the most intimate factor, thus putting forward a countermeasure to improve the old people＆#39;s mood and living quality. Methods：By using stratified, cluster and random sampling method,1000 effective samples were selected. Results：The related factors about the psychological need of the old people who have worked in the state-owned enter-prise were found out. Conclusions：By adjusting one or more related factors, we can improve the mood and living quality of the old peo-ple.
