妊娠高血压患者瘦素水平及其意义

目的研究瘦素在妊娠高血压(妊高症)患者的表达及其临床意义。方法采集60例妊高症患者、40例正常孕妇静脉血和脐静脉血及产后2周产妇静脉血用放射免疫法测定瘦素含量。结果产前妊高症组瘦素表达明显高于对照组,且随病情加重瘦素表达显著增高(P<0.05);重度妊高症组脐静脉血瘦素水平显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);产后各组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论瘦素与妊高症的发生发展有关,妊高症患者体内瘦素的异常是其发病的原因之一,瘦素水平检测及调控有可能成为诊断和治疗妊高症的手段。

The clinical significance of leptin level in pregnancy-induced hypertension patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between leptin and the generation of PIH patients. Methods Forty normal pregnant women and 60 PIH pregnant women were studied by detection their sera level of leptin in pregnatal vein blood, umbilical vein blood and blood of postpartum 2 weeks with radioimmunoassay. Results The PIH pregnant sera level of leptin was remarkably higher than that of normal pregnant women, the expression of leptin along with the PIH degrees were increased(P<0.05). cord sera leptin of severe PIH was higher than that of control group, mild and moderate PIH(P<0.05). the postpartum sera level of leptin was same among those 4 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The higher expression of leptin may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH, this result is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of PIH.
