早期激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞

目的 观察缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞患者行不同波长激光治疗的疗效.方法 经眼底荧光血管造影确诊的RVO患者28例28眼,根据FFA确定光凝部位,选用不同波长激光进行光凝.术后2周,1、2、3、6个月复查,随访3～30个月,观察治疗前后视力、眼底及FFA的变化.结果 治疗后视力进步20眼(71.4%),新生血管消退11眼(78.6%),黄斑水肿消失10眼(55.6%),减轻5眼(27.8%),无灌注区好转.结论 对于RVO患者应早期进行光凝,选用不同波长激光,可减少新生血管的形成,防止严重并发症的发生.

Early Laser Photocoagulation for the Retinal Vein Occlusion

Objective To observe the effects of laser photo coagulation with Argon and Krypton laser on the retinal vein occlusion. Methods Twenty-eight RVO patients who were dignosed with fundus fluoreceine angoigraphy (FFA) accepted the photocoagulation therapies and were followed up for 3 to 30 months.All affected eyes underwent the clinical examinations of visual acuity,fundus and FFA were performed pre- and post-photocoagulation.Results The progression of visual acuity after treament was observed at the time of the latest examination (71.4%).The results of FFA demonstrated that the neovasculation fade away(78.6%) and macular edema (83.4%)were well controlled.Conclusion In the early phase ,it is helpful for RVO patients to be performed photo coagulation,which can decreased the formation of neuvasculation and avoid serious complications.
