女性抗精神病药物源性内分泌紊乱的中药治疗

目的:观察中药二陈汤加减对女性患者抗精神病药物(AP)源性脂质代谢及内分泌紊乱的疗效及安全性,并探讨女性抗精神病药物源性内分泌紊乱的机制。方法:对44例符合入组标准的女性精神分裂症患者进行治疗,总疗程30天。所有患者在服用中药治疗前后检测血清催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)。并于治疗前后分别做心电图、血常规及尿常规检查。结果:治疗后患者血清催乳素、睾酮水平均下降,且与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01);雌二醇水平较治疗前显著上升(P<0.01)。治疗前后的心电图及血、尿常规检查亦未发现明显改变。结论:中药二陈汤加减有显著降低血清催乳素及睾酮水平以及提高血清雌二醇水平的作用,改善AP源性内分泌紊乱;且安全性较好,是一种治疗抗精神病药物源性内分泌紊乱的较为理想的方药。

Chinese traditional medicine on the treatment of the disorders of endocrine of the female induced by antipsychotic drugs

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Chinese traditional medicine(Er Chen Tang) on the trentment of the disorders of endocrine of the female schizophrenic patients induced by antipsychotic drugs.and hope to explore the mechanisms.Methods:44 cases were treated with Chinese traditional medicine(Er Chen Tang) for 30 days.The serum levels of prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T) of each subject were measured before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment of Er Chen Tang,the serum levels of PRL and T were significantly less than those of before the treatment(P<0.01);and E2 significantly increase(P<0.01).There were no evident side effects induced by Er Chen Tang during the treatment.Conclusions:Chinese traditional medicine(Er Chen Tang) is safe and effect on the treatment of the disorders of endocrine induced by antipsychotic drugs.
