| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温针灸在脑卒中后尿潴留患者中的治疗作用。方法:24例脑卒中后尿潴留患者随机分为两组,治疗组12例采用温针灸治疗,对照组12例采用单纯针灸治疗,2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组89%治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后有效病例起效时间比较,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗脑卒中后尿潴留有一定的临床意义,值得临床采用。

Clinical observation on treating urinary retention after cerebral apoplexy by warm acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapeutical effect of warm acupuncture in the treating urinary retention after cerebral apoplexy. Methods： 24 cases of patients with urinary retention after cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups, 12 in each group. The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture, while the control group was treated with single acupuncture. The curative effect was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98%, higher than that of the control group, which was 80% （P〈0.05）. And the onset time of the treatment group was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture was effective in treating urinary retention after cerebral apoplexy, which was worth a wide clinical application. |
