医院感染漏报原因分析与对策

目的分析医院感染病例漏报的原因和采取的对策。方法对我院2007年1～12月全院医院感染病例漏报进行回顾性调查。结果缺乏对医院感染重要性的认识，诊断标准掌握不准确，责任心不强是造成医院感染病例漏报的主要原因。结论加强医院感染知识的宣传教育和培训，采取有效监测手段，发挥三级监控组织的职能管理作用，才能有效降低辱院感染漏报率。
