摘    要:RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)现象是存在于真核生物体内的一种阻断外源基因表达的自我防御体系。随着近年RNA干扰的机制的阐明以及相关实验技术的改进,这项技术已经被广泛的应用于肿瘤研究的众多领域。本研究将对RNA干扰在研究肿瘤的多药耐药性,阻断肿瘤的侵袭与转移,调控肿瘤细胞凋亡,细胞信号转导,细胞周期,以及抑癌基因和原癌基因的相关肿瘤研究中的应用进展进行介绍。

Abstract:RNA interfering (RNAi) is represents an evolntionarily conserved cellular defense mechanism to control the expression of foreign genes in most eukaryotes.With the definitude of its mechanism and the improvement of the experimental technology problems, it has been universally used in many fields of tumor researches. This paper reviewed applied advancement of tumor researches in the fields of studying multi-drug resistance, preventing invasion and metastasis of tumor, regulating cell apoptosis, cell signal conduction, cell cycle, cell signal transduction ,oncogenes and antioncogenes.
