摘    要:目的建立其查日嘎那-11(甘草,沙棘,玉竹,北沙参,甘松和香附等组成)中的甘草苷的含量。方法采用HPLC测定制剂中甘草苷含量。结果HPLC测定甘草苷在0.1953-0.5207ug范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99993)。平均回收率为98.82%,RSD=0.23%。结论方法简便可行,重现性好,结果准确。可有效地控制其查日嘎那-11的含量。

Assay Of Liquiritin In Qicharigana-11 By Hplc Yang Shuping Gegen Tana Cheng Zhiping

Abstract:Objective To establish methods of quality control of QichaRigana- 11 (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Fructus Hippophae,Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati,Radix Glehniae,Radix et Rhizoma Nardostachyos,Rhizoma Cyperi,etc.) Methods Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Radix Aucklandiae was identified by TLC and the ingredients of Liquiritin were determined by HPLC.Resuits The spots of TLC is clear .The linear range of liquirifin was from 0.1953-0.5207ug (r=0.99993) .The average recovery was 98.82% and RSD=0.23%,respectively.Conelusion This method is proved to be fast ,simple and accurate. It can be used effectively for quality control of the preparation.
