| 摘 要： | 目的比较会师牵引术与尿道拖入术治疗后尿道损伤的疗效，探讨更为合理的后尿道损伤的处理方式。方法对96例后尿道断裂患者中的56例行一期会师牵引术，另40例先行膀胱造瘘术，3个月后行尿道拖入术。结果两种处理方式各有优点及局限性。结论应根据患者病情的不同采取不同的处理方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effect between urethra reunion with drag operation and urethra pull into operation in treating posterior urethra injury, to elect better treatment method. Methods The 56 cases of 96 were performed urethra reunion with drag operation at first ,the other 40 cases were performed stoma in bladder at first time, urethra pull into operation were performed 3 monthes after stoma. Result Two treatment method have different forte and fault.Conclusion Different treatment method shoud be performed according to different pathogenetic condition. |
