抗精子抗体检测的临床意义

目的:评价抗精子抗体(AsAb)在不育不孕患者中的临床意义。方法:选取1860例不孕不育症患者,男969例,女891例,其中早期自然流产者106例。同时取正常生育夫妇152例作为正常对照组,男79例,女73例。采用ELISA法检测血清AsAb。结果:不育不孕患者血清AsAb阳性率为22.90%,高于对照组6.58%,男性患者中阳性率为24.15%,女性患者中阳性率为21.55%,均高于对照组5.06%(P<0.05)。早期自然流产患者106例,血清AsAb阳性45例,占42.45%,高于对照组(女性正常生育者)8.22%。结论:血清AsAb有助于临床免疫性不孕症的诊断。

The clinical value of antisperm antibodies

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of anti-sperm antibodies(AsAb)of serum in the infertile patients.Methods:Of 1 860 sterility patients' antisperm antibody were tested in the serum with ELISA method.They were divided into male group(n=969)and female group(n=891).106 female were endured by early abortion.At the same time,152 fertile people were choosed as control group,79 were men and 73 were female.Results The positive [CM(49*2/3]rate of antisperm antibody in the serum of infertile patients was much higher than that of normal control group(P<0.05)(22.90%,24.15%,21.55% vs 6.58%,5.06%,8.22%).The positive incidence in early abortion group was significantly higher than normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The evaluation of serum AsAb is of higher clinical value in the diagnosis of infertility.
