苏云金杆菌以色列变种缓释片剂现场控制白纹伊蚊效果分析

摘    要:目的 观察苏云金杆菌以色列变种(B.t.i.H14)缓释片剂现场控制白纹伊蚊效果。方法 在防制区所有室外积水容器投放B.t.i.H14缓释片剂,每个容器投放1—2片,每月投放1次。结果 防制区投药后1天,幼虫死亡率达100%;投药后10天,容器指数从防制前的68.25降至2.54,下降达96.28%;防制后60天,容器指数仍可控制在4.35,比防制前下降93.63%;成蚊密度在投药后20天开始明显下降,由防制前的24只/人工小时降到8只/人工小时,下降达66.64%,防制后30天,成蚊密度已降至2只/人工小时,下降达91.67%,至防制后60天,成蚊密度仍能控制在2只/人工小时的较低水平。结论 应用B.t.i.H_(14)缓释片剂现场控制白纹伊蚊具有较好的持效控制效果。

Abstract:Purpose:Observing the field control effectiveness of slowreleasing formula of B. t. i. H14 on the Ae. albopictus. Method:Placing tablet of slow-releasing formula of B. t. i. H14 to all water container in treated locations, 1 - 2 tablets per container monthly. Results; The mosquito larva mortality was 100% after 24-hour of the use of the insecticide;the container index was dropped to 96. 28%from 68. 25 of pre-treatment to 2. 54 of after-treatment at day 10, compared to pre-treatment;the container index was still within 4. 35 at day 60 and was dropped t0 93. 63%after application;the density of adult mosquito decreased obviously at day 20 after the application of the formula,from 24 per man hour of pre-treatment to 8 per man hour after-treatment; at day 30 the adult mosquito density was dropped to 2 per man hour after-treatment;dropped to 91. 67%,at day 60 the adult mosquito density was still in low level of 2 per man hour,compared with pre-treatment. Conclusion;The tablet of slow-releasing formula of B. t. i. H14 has good long lasting control effectiveness on Ae. albopictus in field application.
