The structure of knowledge in nursing administration

This paper presents a reflection about the need of buiding usable reference classifications for the adoption of commom language in Nursing Education and Research that leads a proposal for the organization of Nursing Administration content elaborated from a research that analyzed a reference model of Nursing Service Administration in hospital organizations and of teaching practices, and also of the author's research. The proposal is organized in three parts, one of them with six subparts, with which it is proposed to give a conceptual organization of the sets of knowledge about the subject.
