| 摘 要： | 本文报告了11例闭合性十二指肠损伤,总结了闭合性十三指肠损伤的诊断及治疗体会,认为早期诊断,及时手术,术中仔细探查以及正确处理是提高闭合性十二相肠损伤的治愈率,降低死亡率的关键。
