安徽省霍邱县结核病防治效果分析与评价

目的通过对安徽省霍邱县三年来结核病防治工作情况分析，评价短程督导化疗在贫困农业大县结核病的防治效果。方法对7990例结核病门诊就诊病人和3484例结核病人项病人治疗情况分析，判断结核病防治工作落实情况、防治效果及其影响因素。结果2006年、2007年和2008年安徽省霍邱县疾病预防控制中心结核病门诊就诊率分别为140．38／10万、175．30110万和185．47／10万，就诊人数逐年增加；结核病患病率分别为71．52／10万、69．53／10万和64．04110万，逐年下降。3484例系统管理结核病病人在全程督导化疗后，总治愈率为88．49％，其中初治涂阳、初治涂阴、复治涂阳和复治涂阴治愈率分别为93．34％、82．49％、76．90％和80．52％，全程督导治疗效果显著。结论认真落实直接督导下短程化疗方案，是实现《全国结核病防治规划（2001—2010）》目标，有效控制结核病的重要措施。

Analysis and evaluation on TB control in Huoqiu county of Anhui province

Objective By analyzing the work of tuberculosis control in Huoqiu County of Anhui Provinee over the past three years, to investigate the effect of the tuberculosis control by short-range supervising chemotherapy in large poor agricultural county. Methods To analysis 7 990 tuberculosis out-patient cases and 3 484 tuberculosis eases in the project. Judging the implementation, control and its influencing factors of tuberculosis prevention and control work. Remits Rate of out-patient treatment is 140.38/100 000,175.30/100 000,185.47/100 000 for 2006, 2007 and 2008 in Huoqiu county Center for Disease Control and Prevention respectively. The number of tuberculosis out-patients has increased year by year.Tuberculosis prevalence rate is 71.52/100 000 , 69.53/100 000 , 64.04/100 000 respectively. Prevalence rate has dropped year by year. 484 tuberculosis cases of systems management at the whole supervision after ebemotherapy. The total cure rate was 88.49%.The cure rate of initial smear positive, initial smear negative, retreated smear positive and retreated smear negative were 93.34%, 82.49%, 76.90% and 80.52% rcspeetively.Full supervision has a significant effect. Conclusion Implementing the direct short-course chemotherapy conscientiously under the supervision of the program, is an important measure to achieve ＂national tuberculosis prevention and control project＂ goal（2001-2010）, of effective controlling tuberculosis.
