苦碟子注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀痹阻证40例临床观察

目的:观察在西药治疗基础上加用中药苦碟子注射液对冠心病心绞痛痰瘀痹阻证患者的临床疗效。方法:将冠心病心绞痛辨证属痰瘀痹阻证的患者随机分为2组,治疗组20例,对照组20例,对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组予以常规西药加苦碟子注射液静脉滴注,2周为1个疗程,对治疗前后患者的心绞痛等症状及血液流变学、血脂进行比较。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组与对照组均能减轻患者症状,且治疗组较对照组减轻明显(P<0.05);血液流变学、血脂等指标均有改善,且治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上加用中药苦碟子注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀痹阻证患者,在明显减轻症状的同时,可改善血液流变学及血脂等指标,减少冠心病危险因素,较单用西药为优。

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance Injection on the Treatment of 40 Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Phlegm Obstruction Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance Injection on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease phlegm obstruction patients.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine while the treatment group was added with Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance Injection treatment besides the conventional western medicine.Two weeks was a course of therapy.The angina syndrome,hemorheology and blood lipid were compared before and after the treatment Results:After a 2-week treatment,the syndrome of both the groups improved.The treatment group improved more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).The index of the hemorheology and blood lipid in the treatment group improved more obviously(P<0.05) than that of the control group.Conclusion:Based on the conventional western medicine,Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance Injection can alleviate the syndrome of the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease phlegm obstruction patients and improve the index of the hemorheology and blood lipid of the patients and can reduce the risky factor of coronary heart disease.
