紫花洗剂的抗炎、镇痛、止痒和抗滴虫实验

目的:观察紫花洗剂的抗炎、镇痛和止痒、抗滴虫作用.方法:抗炎实验用小鼠耳肿法和大鼠足肿胀法,镇痛实验用小鼠热板法,大鼠搔痒模型用4-氨基吡啶诱发,体外实验观察药物的抗滴虫作用.结果:紫花洗剂对巴豆油所致的小鼠耳肿和甲醛所致的大鼠足肿胀均有明显的抑制作用,能延长热板刺激诱发的疼痛潜伏期,对4-氨基吡啶诱发的大鼠搔痒有抑制作用,体外实验显示该药在一定浓度下能够杀灭阴道滴虫.HT5"H〗结论:紫花洗剂具有明确的抗炎、镇痛、止痒和抗阴道滴虫作用.

Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipruritic and antitrichomonal effects of Zihua Lotion (紫花洗剂)

Objective: To study anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipruritic and anti-trichomonal effects of Zihua Lotion. Methods: Anti-inflammatory effects were observed by crotonoil-induced ear acute oedema in mice and formaldehyde-induced foot swelling in rats, analgesic action by hot-plate test in mice, antipruritic action by allergic pruritic model caused by 4-AP in rats, antitrichomonal test was made in vitro. Results: Zihua Lotion could inhibit ear oedema in mice induced by crotonoil and foot swelling coused by formaldehyde in rats. It also prolong the inten period of pain reaction caused by hot-plate in mice and itching threshold value in rats. It could also kill vaginal trichomonads in vitro. Conclusion: Zihua Loion has obvious anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipruritc and anti-trichomonal effects.
