| Abstract: | In recent years, medical disputes tend to increase year by year, in lawsuit of medical disputes, responsibility of proof citation is a key link. The authors discuss the issue of responsibility of proof citation for handling medical compensation lawsuit in 4 aspects: general introduction on lawsuit for medical affair; responsibility of proof citation in civil lawsuit laws; specification of responsibility of proof citation in handling medical compensation lawsuit; the responsibility of proof citation should be bear in handling medical compensation lawsuit. |
