| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨氟罗沙星注射剂在预防术后感染中的安全性.方法 采用填写调查表和面访相结合的方式对我院应用氟罗沙星注射剂术后预防用药的住院病人进行调查分析.结果 氟罗沙星预防术后感染98例,其中单用氟罗沙星51例,联用其他抗菌药47例,共发生不良反应7例.结论 氟罗沙星可用于术后感染预防.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the safety of fleroxacin injection for prevention of postoperative infection. Methods By way of question naire and interview, the patients receiving fleroxacin injection for prevention of post operative infection investigated and awelysed. Resuts In 98 patients of prevention of postoperative infection with fleroxacin injection, 51 cases of them used fleroxacin alon, and 47 cases of them used fleroxacin in combination with other drugs 7 cases occurred adverse drug reation. Conclusion Fleroxacin can prevent the post opera- tive in fections used alone. |
