| 摘 要： | 氟硝酰胺（Ｆｌｕｔａｍｉｄｅ）是一个老药，其抗雄性激素作用是肯定的，可用于治疗严重的前列腺癌，还可用于家禽、家畜抗球虫病和去势等。本文以三氟甲苯为原料，经硝化、还原、酰胺化、再硝化制备Ｆｌｕｔａｍｉｄｅ，改进了工艺和操作条件，总收率达４６．４％，产品质量与文献一致。

We report in this paper the improvement the synthesis method of Flu-tamlue,The total yield is 46.4%. |
