急性低气压性缺氧对小鼠心电活动的影响

摘    要:本文研究了低气压环境下小鼠心电活动的特点,并以心电活动时间(CEAT)为指标,观察了不同气压、增龄、药物对小鼠心电活动的影响。结果发现:随气压下降,CEAT缩短;随增龄,CEAT缩短;冬眠灵、三磷酸腺鲁可延长CEAT,而肾上腺素则显著缩短CEAT。上述结果提示:缺O_2越严重,CEAT越短;老化可削弱心脏对缺O_2的耐受力,降低氧耗或/和增加能量供应,可增强心脏对缺O_2的耐受,反之则损害心肌的电活动。同时,还提示用CEAT来反映小鼠心脏对缺O_2的耐受性,具有客观、定量、准确、灵敏的特点。

Abstract:he characters of cardioelectric activity of mice under air-pressure were studied,and the ef- fects of various air-pressure environments,aging and drugs on cardioelectric activity of micewere observed by measuring cardioelectric activity time(CEAT). The results indicate that with the decline of air-pressure,CEAT became shortened;withaging,CEAT became shortened too;reducing oxygen consumption or/and increasing supply ofenergy could strengthen the tolerance to hypoxia;conversely,cardioelectric activity will be dis- turbed,and that utilizing CEAT to measure ability of heart to resist hypoxia has the characters ofobjectivity,quantitation and accuracy.
