| Abstract: | ABSTRACT. A case of late onset coeliac disease (confirmed by serial intestinal biopsies) is described in the monozygotic twin of a coeliac patient. This is the second case reported in literature. The permanent discordance for coeliac disease in monozygotic twins is questioned. |
