冻融胚胎移植的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨冻融胚胎移植的临床应用,提高体外受精一胚胎移植成功率。方法对49例在体外受精形成的多个胚胎在移植后将剩余胚胎全部冷冻保存,采用胚胎慢速冷冻和快速解冻法。结果49例进行53个周期的冻融胚胎移植,获临床妊娠11例,临床妊娠率为20.8%。其中自然周期移植32例获临床妊娠7例,妊娠率为21.9%;激素替代周期5例,获临床妊娠1例,妊娠率为20%,克罗米芬,尿促性素(hMG)刺激周期16例,获临床妊娠3例,妊娠率18.8%。结论采取冻融胚胎移植可提高累积妊娠率,并可减少卵巢过度刺激综合征及多胎妊娠的发生。

Abstract:Objective To research into the clinic application of transferring frozen-thawed embryos and improve pregnancy rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods The surplus embryos after in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation (in 49 cases) were all cryopreservated.Slow freezing and rapid thawing method were used.Results Among the 49 cases who had received cryopreservation thawed embryo transplantation for 53 cycles,11 cases achieved clinical pregnancy (with the rate of 20.8%).Among the 53 cycles,32 cases received natural cycle transplantation and 7 of them achieved clinical pregnancy (with the rate of 21.9 %);5 cases received hormone substitution transplantation and 1 of them achieved clinical pregnancy (with the rate of 20 %);16 cases received Clomiphene citrate(CC)/hMG stimulating cycles and 3 of them achieved clinical pregnancy (with the rate of 18.8 %).Conclusion Frozen-thawed embryo transplantation(FET) can increase the chance of accumutive pregnancy and decrease the occurrence of multipregnancy and the syndrome of excessive ovary stimulation.
