260例脐带绕颈临床分析

目的:探讨脐带绕颈分娩方式与新生儿窒息的关系。方法:将住院产前诊断为头位脐带绕颈者,产前及产时使用胎儿电子监护仪行胎心外监护,及时发现胎儿宫内窘迫,适时终止妊娠等作回顾性分析。结果:脐带绕颈仍以自然分娩占大多数,随着脐带绕颈周数增多,剖宫产术及阴道助产比例增高,新生儿窒息发生率也增高。急诊剖宫产术组的新生儿窒息明显大于选择性剖宫产术组,两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:脐带绕颈方式仍以正常分娩多见,其次为剖宫产分娩,对于脐带绕颈2周以上者,新生儿窒息发生率高,分娩方式宜以选择剖宫产术。

Objective Inquiry into the funicle rounds the relation between the neck childbearing method and neonate as- phyxiation.Methods Examine a patient the hospitalization prenatal period as a funicle rounds the neck,Prenatal period and produce use the electronics guardianship instrument to go the embryo the heart serve as guardian,Discover embryo's temple in time inside hard-pressed,terminate the gestation in good time etc.makes to look back the sex analysis.Results The funicle stills round the neck to give birth to baby to have the majority with the ture,rounding the neck number to increase along with the funicle,dissecting the temple to produce the surgical operation and vaginas to accoucbe the comparison to increase high, the neonate suffocates the occurrence rate to also increase high.The emergency call dissection temple produce the neonate of the surgical operation set suffocate obvious and big in the choice of dissection temple produce the surgical operation set,two more the difference is obvious.(P<0.01).Conclusion The funicle stills round the neck method to see much with the normal childbearing,the next in order to dissect the temple to produce the childbearing,round the neck for the funiele for more than 2 weeks,the neonate suffocates the occurrence rate is high,give birth to baby the way proper dissect the temple to produce the surgical operation with the choice.
