IVIG对毛细支气管炎患儿血清IgG水平的影响及疗效观察

目的探讨小儿毛细支气管炎应用静脉滴注丙种球蛋白（IVIG）后血清IgG水平变化及临床疗效。方法将100例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成两组，治疗组在对照组常规治疗的同时加用FVIG250-400mg／（kg·d），连续3d，检测两组治疗前后IgG水平，同时观察临床疗效。结果治疗组用药前后IgG水平差异有显著性（P〈0.01），两组喘息消失时间（P〈0.01），发生并发症比例（P〈0.05），平均住院天数比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论IVIG治小儿毛细支气管炎可以提高患儿血清IgG水平，临床疗效显著。

Obseruation of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) adjuvant treatment effects on children with bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the change of serum levels of IgG and clinical efficaly of intravenous immunoglobulin（IVIG） in children with bronchiolitis. Methods 100 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups in the control group at the same time increase the conventional treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin 250-400 mg / （kg·d） for 3 consecutive days . IgG levels of the two groups were tested and clinical effects were observed before and after treatment. Results Before and after the thug treatment , IgG levels were significantly different （p〈0.01） in the treatment group and control group in gasping extinction time （P〈 0.01）,the proportion of complications （p 〈 0.05 ）, average length of stay （p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions IVIG treatment of children with brenchiolitis can raise serum IgG levels and the clinical effect is significant.
