奥扎格雷与阿司匹林对老年动脉粥样硬化患者抗血小板作用的比较

目的比较阿司匹林与奥扎格雷对老年动脉硬化高危患者血小板聚集率、血浆TXB2的影响及安全性判断。方法筛选81例在我科住院具有动脉硬化高危因素的患者随机分组,在常规治疗的基础上分别给与奥扎格雷、阿司匹林治疗和空白对照。治疗前后测定全血血小板最大聚集率和血浆血栓素B2水平,并观察血常规及生化指标。结果阿司匹林组血小板聚集率和血浆血栓素B2水平显著下降,奥扎格雷组仅血栓素B2下降具有统计学意义。二组均无严重不良反应,奥扎格雷组耐受性更好。结论阿司匹林的抗血小板作用显著又经济,奥扎格雷尚不适合预防用药。

Evaluation on the Effects of Ozagrel and Aspirin on Anti-Platelet Therapy of Aged Atherosclerotic Patient

Objective Evaluation of different effect of platelet aggregation and plasma TXB2 and safety inves-tigation on the patients of aged atherosclerotic taken Aspirin and Ozagrel.Methods Besides of normal treatment,we evaluated 81 patients with high potential arteriosclerosis in three groups by treated with Ozagrel,Aspirin and un-treated for control.Measure the levels of platelet aggregation and TXB2 before and after therapy and observe blood routine and other parameters.Results A significant decrease of platelet and TXB2 was observed in Aspirin group,TXB2 alone was decreased in ozagrel group,and neither group has ill influence.The adaptability of ozagrel was shown better.Conclusion Aspirin shows significant function on anti-platelet economically,no evidence was ob-served for ozagrel to be used as preventive.
