| Abstract: | It is and effective method to control the irrational increase of medical expenditure to popularize the medical insurance payment based on diseases groups.The article put forward that it is a pivotal tache of making a disease payment standard,and the most scienfific way is popularizing the cost of every kinds of diseases using the DRGs. |
