乳腺癌改良根治术同期假体植入乳房重建

摘    要:目的:介绍乳腺癌改良根治术同期假体植入乳房重建的经验。方法:1999年2月~2004年5月,我们对21例I、Ⅱ期乳腺癌行保留皮肤和乳头的改良根治术,同时应用假体植入胸大、小肌之间行乳房再造。结果:应用该方法治疗,均获得成功,无手术并发症。再造的乳房形态良好,不影响患侧上肢的活动功能。结论:I、Ⅱ期乳腺癌改良根治术同期乳房再造,满足了肿瘤的根治和形体美容两方面的要求,提高了患者的生存质量,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective:To introduce experience about modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction by silicone breast prosthesis for breast cancer.Methods:From February 1999 to May 2004, patients with breast cancer of stage I and II were performed on modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction by silicone breast prosthesis between the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor for breast cancer.Results:All the operations were successed and no operative complications occurred. The appearance of reconstructed breast was excellent. The active function of illateral upper limb didn't be affected.Conclusion:Modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction by silicone breast prosthesis may satisfy as treatment for stage I and II patients with breast cancer and aesthetis as well as the improvement on quality of life, this method is safe ,effective and worth popularization.
