| 摘 要： | 目的探讨定痉灵、可乐必妥、泼尼松联合治疗输尿管小结石的排石效果。方法346例直径〈0．6cm输尿管结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组176例，对照组170。治疗组除多饮水及增加运动外，给予定痉灵40mg tid、可乐必妥500mg qd、泼尼松5mg qd口服；对照组只是多饮水及增加活动。结果治疗组176例中有158例患者排出结石，有效率为89．8％。对照组170例中有130例患者排出结石，有效率为76．5％，两者存在统计学差异（P〈0．01）。治疗组结石排出时间为（9．2±4．3）d，对照组为（12．3±5．7）d，两者存在统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论对于直径〈0．6cm的输尿管结石．定痉灵、可乐必妥、泼尼松联合治疗安全有效，可提高排石率，缩短排石时间。
