| 摘 要： | 本文用内镜检查二甲肼诱发的大鼠大鼠大肠癌共２７５只次。发现癌肿１０８个，其中原位癌３个（２．８％），早期癌３０个（２７．８％），进展期癌７５个（６９．４％）。按肉眼分型，息肉型８６个（７９．６％），溃疡型１９个（１７．６％），浸润型３个（２．８％）。按组织学分类，管状腺癌８１个（７５．０％），乳头状腺癌１４个（１３．０％），粘液腺癌８个（７．４％），印戒细胞癌５个（４．６％）。检查结果表明，内镜检查的大鼠大肠癌与人类大肠癌十分相似。

| Abstract: | Two hundered and fifty eight wistar rats with DMH-induced colorectal carcinoma were periodly 11 examined by 4B-choledochofiberscope and P3-gastrofiberscope for 275 times.Mucosal lesions of the colon resulted from carcinogen were observed. 108 carcinoma foci were found including 3 carcinomas in situ 30 early carcinomas and 75 advanced carcinomas. Accorging to morphological classification there were 86 polypoid carcinomas(79.6%) 19 ulcerous carcinomas (17. 6%) and 11 infiltrate carcinomas(2.8%).According to histological classification there were 81 tubular gland carcinomas(75%).14 papillary adenocarcinomas (13.0%). 8 mucinous adenocarcinomas(7.4%)and 5 signet ring cell carcinomas (4. 6%).Our results explaimed that the colorectal carcinomas of the rat examined by fiberendoscope was very similar to the colorectal carcinoma of the human being. |
