摘    要:目的 探讨~(99)Tc~m-4,9-二氮-3,3,10,10-四甲基十二烷-2,11-二酮肟(HL91)乏氧显像对非小细胞肺癌放疗近期疗效的评价. 方法 31例拟接受三维适形放射治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,在放疗前2天、后2天分别静脉注射~(99)Tc~m-HL91 740-925MBq后进行4 h及24 h SPECT断层显像,根据显像进行目测和半定量分析(T/N值,靶与非靶比值),根据放疗前24h显像T/N值将患者分为低摄取组(T/N<2.76,n=6)及高摄取组(T/N≥2.76,n=25),对两组放疗近期疗效进行比较. 结果 低摄取组放疗近期有效率为83.3%(1/6)高于高摄取组为44.0%(11/25),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组24 h断层显像T/N比值下降率分别为30.3%和13.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 ~(99)Tc~m-HL91非小细胞肺癌乏氧显像在预测放疗近期效果方面具有一定的临床价值.
