| 摘 要： | 为对306例X线片可疑肺癌患者明确诊断,并进行定位和病理学分型,我们对全部患者行纤维支气管镜检查,均进行了活检或刷检.结果,病理诊断肺癌者215例,阳性率70.26%.说明纤支镜不但能及时发现和诊断肺癌,并对胸外科选择手术和选择化疗方案和放疗均具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | In order to make confirmed diagnosis and the loction and pathologic typing, we carried out bronchofiberscopy and biopsy and brush biopsy in 306 patients whose X-ray photographs were suggestive of suspicious lung cancer. Results showed: of 306, there were 215 cases of lung cancer and the positive rate was 70. 26%. It is suggested that the broncho-scope can not only be used for the detection and diagnosis of lung cancer but also has a great value to the selection of treatment programs. |
