| 摘 要： | 目的提高对隐匿型肾细胞癌(ORCC)的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析2000～2008年先后收治的8例ORCC患者的临床资料。8例均经手术或活检诊断为肾癌,其中4例行减瘤性肾切除术加综合治疗,3例行介入治疗,1例未行介入或手术治疗。结果随访8～20个月,4例行减瘤性肾切除术加综合治疗者,存活1例,死亡3例,3例行介入治疗以及1例未行介入或手术治疗者均死亡。结论隐匿型肾癌属于晚期肾癌,其误诊率高,预后较差;对隐匿型肾癌及时确诊并行减瘤性肾切除术加综合治疗能延长患者生存期。
