| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白血病性阴茎异常勃起的诊断和治疗原则。方法回顾性分析了10例白血病性阴茎异常勃起患者的临床资料。结果2例行镇静输液处理,6例行海绵体抽吸冲洗术,2例分别行阴茎头阴茎海绵体分流术和阴茎海绵体尿道海绵体分流术。10例阴茎异常勃起患者,7例勃起完全消退,1例部分消退,2例无效。结论对白血病性阴茎异常勃起应采用综合方法治疗,在镇静、止痛、化疗、放疗及抽吸冲洗术治疗无效后,宜及时行静脉分流手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemic priapism. Methods Clinicald ata of 10 patientsw ithc hronic myelogenous leukemic priapism were collected and literatures reviewed. Results 10 patients with chronic myelogenousp riapismh ad an etiologic diagnosis of chronicg ranulocyticl eukemia(CGL). Of 10 cases, two underwent the management withf analgesics &i ntravenous fluids, six received aspiration and irrigation of the corpora cavernosa, the othert wo were treated by cavernosum-spongiosum shunt. These patients all obtained resolution of priapism after variousf ormso ft reatment,7 p atientsw eres ubsidedt otally, 1p atientw eres ubsidedp artially,2 p atientsw eref ailured. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment sould be performed in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemic priapism. If general methods weref ailured, shunting procedure may be recommended in time. |
