85例葛根素注射剂不良反应文献分析

目的探讨葛根素注射剂致不良反应的一般规律及特点,指导临床合理用药。方法通过检索1994至2008年国内公开发行的医学期刊报道应用葛根素注射剂致不良反应案例,并进行统计分析。结果不良反应多发生于>60岁年龄组,男性多于女性,其出现时间可发生于用药后的各个时间段。不良反应临床表现复杂多样,以溶血反应居多,可出现皮疹、一般过敏反应、过敏性皮疹、发热等过敏反应,极少数患者出现肝肾损坏反应,偶见过敏性休克。结论临床医师、药师应了解葛根素注射剂所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生

Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Puerarin Injection: Literature Analysis of 85 Cases

Objective To study the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by Puerarin injections for references of rational drug use.Methods ADRs induced by Puerarin injections reported in do-mestic medical journals from 1994～2008 were retrieved and analyzed statistically.Results ADRs induced by Puerarin injection occurred mostly in male patients aged above 60 years at different time after drug administration.The ADRs might involve hemolytic reaction of multiple allergic response,less in the lesion of organ system.Conclusion Clinicians and pharmacists should familiarize the pattern and characteristics of ADRs induced by Puerarin injections and tighten monitoring on the use of Puerarin injections to reduce the incidences of ADRs.
