| 摘 要： | 目的 观察无水酒精瘤内注射治疗肝转移癌的疗效 ,并探讨无水酒精的用量。方法 在CT定位和动态观察下 ,对直径 <5 0cm的肝转移癌 ,行经皮肝穿刺瘤内无水酒精注射治疗 (PEIT)。结果 3 2例 62个肝转移癌共行注射治疗 3 76次 ,每次每个病灶注射无水酒精 5～ 14mL ,平均 9mL ;治疗后半年生存率 10 0 % ,1年生存率 72 % ,无严重并发症发生。结论 无水酒精瘤内注射是治疗肝转移癌的有效方法 ,可延缓病人生命、提高病人的生活质量 ;按肿瘤直径与无水酒精用量 1∶2 5给药是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of percutaneous ethanol injection therapy (PEIT) for advanced liver metastases and to explore the dose of ethanol.Methods 32 cases of liver metastases with the tumor diameter less than 5.0 cm were treated with intratumor pure ethanol injection under the guidance and the serial dynamic observation of CT.Result 376 times of injection to 62 target tumors of 32 cases were given, with mean dose of 9.0 mL.The overall 1/2 year survival rate was 100% and 1 year rate was 73% without serious complications.Conclusions PEIT proved to be a useful method to treat advanced liver metastases. It could prolong patient's life and improve patient's living quality. The administering dosage of the tumor-to-ethanol ratio 1:2.5 is safe. |
