某省医疗损害纠纷情况的调查报告

目的对云南省2001～2007年医疗损害纠纷情况进行调查分析，了解云南省医疗损害纠纷现状。方法对医疗机构的医疗损害纠纷情况进行普查，对医务人员及患者进行随机问卷调查。结果云南省医疗损害纠纷数逐年明显上升，年均增速达28％；其中未定性的医疗损害纠纷数年均增速38％。超过半数的被调查医务人员认为受到医疗纠纷困扰，为降低医疗风险，超过60％的医务人员会进行防御性治疗。被调查患者中的16％发生过医疗纠纷；而患者最愿意选择的医疗纠纷解决方式是协商。结论制定适应社会发展的医疗损害解决方案，可以从根本上解决医疗损害赔偿争议及其产生的社会问题。

Investigation on the medical injuries disputes in One Province

Objective To investigate the medical injuries disputes from 2001 to 2007 in Yannan Province. Method To make a census on medical injuries disputes in medical agencies, and use randomized questionnaire to investigate medical staff and patients. Result The medical injuries disputes increased year by year in Yunnan Province, and average increase rate was 28% per year, in which the debatable medical injuries increased 38% per year. More than half of the staff feels disturbed from medical dispute and more than 60% staff would use defensive treatment to avoid medical risk. 16% of who accepted the investigation suf-fered from medical disputes. Patients would like to choose negotiation to solve medical disputes. Conclusion The medical inju-ries solution schema which can adapt for society development can fundamentally solve medical injuries compensation dispute and social problems.
