127株酵母样真菌鉴定及药敏分析

目的监测我院门诊部酵母样真菌感染菌株分类及耐药情况。方法采用生物一梅里埃Ay120C AUX酵母菌鉴定系统鉴定真菌;ATB FUNGUS真菌药敏试验条进行药敏实验。结果127株酵母样真菌中白色念珠菌占66.9％,其次是光滑念珠菌占15％,宫颈分泌物分离的念珠菌达101例,占总数的79.5％。药敏结果中制霉菌素和两性霉素敏感度达到89.8%和85.8％;5-氟胞嘧啶和咪康唑耐药率最高分别达33.8％和19.7％,对三种咪唑类药物同时中介的菌株达到70.0％左右。结论白色念珠菌仍然是临床真菌感染主要菌种;两性霉素和制霉菌素仍然是治疗真菌感染的首选药物;5-氟胞嘧啶耐药率逐渐上升:咪唑类药物敏感度最低,且有多重交叉中介现象,应引起临床高度重视。

The identification and analysis antibiotic susceptibility testing of yeast in 127 cases

Objective To detect classification and antibiotic susceptibility testing of yeast of infectious strain at clinic of our hospital. Methods We identify fimgus with the reagentkit ofAP120C AUX biomerieux from France. And made antibiotic susceptibility, testing with ATB FUNC-TUS. Results The rate of Candida albicans is 66.9% in 127 strains. Candida parapsilosis is 15% ,101 strains Candida albicans from cervix secretion is 79.5% .The result of antibiotic susceptibility testing shows NYS's sensitivity is 89.8% ,AMB s semitivity is 85.8% 5 - FC' s resistant rate reach 33.8/0, MIC reach 19.7% ,The intermediate strains to MIC,ECO, KET reach about 70.0% . Conclusion Candida albicans is main infectious yeast in clinic yet, NYS and AMB is first drag to treat fungus infection, 5 - FC s resistant rate increases gradually, The sensitivity of MIC,ECO, KET is the lowest, and have cross & intermediate, it should cause thinking highly to us.
