| 摘 要： | 目的建立五芝地仙金髓膏中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，C18 色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（25：75），检测波长为250nm，流速为0．8mL·min^-1。结果葛根素在3-48μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好线性关系，回收率为99.0％，RSD=2．1％（H=6）。结论该方法灵敏准确，重现性好，专属性强，可作为五芝地仙金髓膏的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Puerarin in Wuzhidixian Jinsui Gao.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of Puerarin with detection wavelength at 250 nm.The mobile phase consists of a mixture of methanol-water(25:75).The flow rate was 0.8mL/min.Results The linear regression for Puerarin was obtained at the range of 3~48 μg/mL.The average recovery of Puerarin were 99.0%,RSD were 2.1%(n=6).Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible and exclusive.It can be used for quality control of Wuzhidixian Jinsui Gao. |
