稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏76例疗效观察

目的观察稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年1月至2012年12月因心悸、胸闷症状住院的室性早搏患者76例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,治疗组在美托洛尔基础上联合稳心颗粒1次1袋（9 g）3次/d,两组疗程均为4周,观察两组临床症状及室性早搏改善情况。结果治疗组临床症状及室性早搏改善的显效率和总有效率分别为36.8%和92.1%,均明显高于对照组（23.7%和73.7%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏疗效满意,且安全性好,是治疗室性早搏的有效药物,值得临床大力推广。

To observe the curative effect of 76 cases of heart particles stabilized therapeutic room premature beat

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule therapeutic room premature beat.Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 because of palpitations,chest symptoms in patients with ventricular premature beats in 76 patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group,the control group were given metoprolol treatment,treatment group on the basis of metoprolol combined with Wenxin grain 1 bag 1（9 g） 3 times a day,two groups were treated for 4 weeks,observe two groups of clinical symptoms and the improvement of ventricular premature beat.Results in treatment group,the clinical symptoms and premature ventricular contractions improved significant effective rate and total effective rate were 36.8% and 92.1%,were significantly higher than that of the control group（23.7%and73.7%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Wenxin Granule therapeutic room premature effect is satisfactory,and the security is good,is an effective medicine therapeutic room premature beat,worthy of clinical popularization.
